The Biblical Role of the Pastor
People have many ideas of what an ideal pastor is like. Some expect very little, others have fantastical expectations. If unrealistic ideas are embraced, a pastor will become burned out and discouraged and the congregation will become very frustrated because he didn’t meet their expectations.
