One of the biggest problems I observe in the news today that drains the hope out of seeing meaningful, productive changes in public policy and opinion is that as a society we have become extremely polarized, and while we have much disagreement, we have little quality debate and only small amounts of polite, meaningful dialogue. This week we continue talking about the issue of leadership.  This message together with last week’s is an addendum, not just to the Ephesians 5 passage about a husband’s leadership, but to Ephesians 6:1-4 where it gives instruction to parents, especially fathers, to be leading their children.  It is also a helpful appendix to Ephesians 6:5-9 when we talk about the relation between employers and employees.
